Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Kitchen Coach by Sarah Mirkin RDN (“we,” “us”) collects through kitchencoachrd.com, how it is used, and who else handles it. It covers visitors to the website and anyone who submits a form on it.

Application form (/apply). When you apply to work together, you provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred location, primary goal, a description of your concerns, and whether you are ready to begin. Because your concerns may describe digestive or other health issues, please share only what you are comfortable sending.

VIP & corporate inquiry form (/vip-corporate-nutrition). When you submit an inquiry, you provide your name, email address, the type of inquiry, a description of what you need, and your timeline.

Direct contact. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, along with your email address or phone number.

We use form submissions to respond to you, to decide whether and how we can work together, and to prepare for any conversation that follows. Each submission is sent as an email to Sarah at sarah@kitchencoachrd.com through the email delivery service Resend. The website does not keep submissions in its own database, so the copy we hold is the email in our inbox.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use form submissions for advertising.

To block automated spam, the forms include a hidden field that real visitors never see, a check on how quickly a form is submitted after the page loads, and a limit on how many submissions can come from one IP address in an hour. To enforce that limit, the server briefly keeps your IP address and submission times in temporary memory. This is not saved with your inquiry and is not included in the email we receive.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which also serves the images on our pages and, like most hosts, processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and from which general region. According to Vercel, this service does not use cookies to track visitors. See Vercel's analytics privacy documentation for details.

The website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts are delivered from our own domain rather than loaded from Google at visit time.

Some features take you to, or load content from, services we do not control. They collect information under their own policies.

• Free guide signup. The “Free Guide” buttons open a signup page hosted by Kit. Whatever you enter there is collected and stored by Kit, not by this website.
• Booking. Links on the Programs page open the scheduling portal run by Healthie. Information you enter there is handled by Healthie.
• YouTube videos. The Media page embeds videos from YouTube. When a video loads or plays, YouTube (Google) may collect data about your visit and may set cookies.
• Shop and partner links. The Shop page links to meal delivery, supplement, and wellness brands. Some are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Once you leave our site, that brand's privacy policy applies, including to any discount code you use.
• Other outbound links. Links to press features, social media, review sites, Google business listings, and book retailers open on those sites, under their own policies.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email sarah@kitchencoachrd.com or call (310) 739-9901. Information you gave to Kit, Healthie, or another third party has to be changed with that service.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
