Low-FODMAP Dietitian in
Beverly Hills
Most people I meet have already heard of low-FODMAP, and a lot of them have already tried it. Usually the story is the same: they cut out a huge list of foods, felt a little better, and then got stuck — too scared to add anything back, living on the same handful of meals. That's not how this is supposed to go.

Low-FODMAP is not a forever diet
Here's what most people miss: low-FODMAP is not a forever diet. It has three phases. The elimination phase is short and structured, just long enough to calm things down. Then comes the part that actually matters — reintroduction — where we methodically add foods back to learn which ones are truly your triggers and which ones you were avoiding for no reason. The last phase is maintenance, where you eat the widest variety your body can comfortably handle.
Done this way, you end up more free
Done this way, you don't end up more restricted. You end up more free, and you finally understand your own body. My clients are often surprised by how many foods they get to keep once we've done the reintroductions properly.
